Who you are

You have proven experience as a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Technical Consultant, ideally with a background in supporting internal platforms or developer-facing tools. Your hands-on experience with software development in one or more programming languages such as Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Java, or Go equips you to effectively assist teams in their technical needs. You thrive in cross-functional roles, collaborating seamlessly with engineering, product, and data teams to drive impactful solutions. Your strong communication skills enable you to convey complex technical concepts clearly, empowering teams to execute and scale their experimentation programs effectively.

Desirable

Experience with A/B testing and data-driven product development is a plus, as is familiarity with machine learning concepts. You understand the importance of business acumen in guiding teams toward the most impactful approaches, balancing technical depth with practical solutions. Your ability to identify new capabilities that enhance platform value for internal customers will set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the technical expert guiding internal teams in leveraging Apple's experimentation platform for model evaluation, data labeling, benchmarking, and A/B testing. You will drive the technical discovery, integration, and training processes for new teams, providing hands-on support and best practices to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating closely with ML Engineers to understand their needs and accelerate their development through proper use of the platform's evaluation and experimentation capabilities. You will also identify new capabilities that need to be added to the platform to increase its value to internal customers.

You will be responsible for conducting training sessions and workshops to empower teams in utilizing the experimentation platform effectively. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions that enhance user experience and productivity. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that the platform evolves in alignment with user needs and industry trends. Your insights will help shape the future of the experimentation platform, making it a vital tool for product development at Apple.
