Job Description

Do you want to revolutionize how Brand Owners build their presence on Amazon through innovative digital marketing strategies? Are you passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to create impactful, omni-channel campaigns that drive brand success and enhance customer experience in the Amazon Store?

The Brand Marketing team is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our omni-channel activation and campaign management initiatives. This role will spearhead the optimization of our digital marketing ecosystem, from email and social media to emerging channels, while developing robust data analytics and reporting frameworks to measure and prove impact. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes across our global marketing operations. You'll own the end-to-end development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions that enhance our ability to reach and engage Sellers and Brand Owners effectively. Success in this role requires a combination of strategic vision and tactical expertise, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while driving continuous improvement in our marketing effectiveness and operational proficiency.

- Lead end-to-end omni-channel marketing strategies, including planning, forecasting, delivery, and optimization of campaigns across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with business analysts and product marketing teams to synthesize complex data into actionable insights, informing multi-channel campaign strategies and driving decision-making
- Standardize and streamline campaign planning, launch, and reporting procedures to improve operational efficiency and scale marketing efforts
- Develop and implement a robust marketing attribution model to measure cross-channel performance, auditing KPIs and their impact on business goals
- Create and maintain user-friendly reports and dashboards to communicate marketing performance and insights to stakeholders at all levels
- Establish marketing channel insight sharing mechanism to drive decision making and program optimization
- Lead the development of scaled, user-friendly reports and dashboards

About the Brand Experience org:
The Brand Experience (BX) organization creates, builds and leads innovation for Brand Owners in the Amazon store. Our growing portfolio of BX tools enable brands to grow their brand awareness, improve their consideration, increase their conversion, and build brand loyalty. We have a broad mix of experience, tenures, and roles within our organization. We strive to create an open environment that allows a diverse set of team members to expand on their strengths and grow in their opportunity areas in order to drive their longer term career success.- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Knowledge of analytics tools and web traffic reporting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven track record managing multi-channel digital campaigns, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments
- Demonstrates knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing tools (preferably Pardot)
- Demonstrated success in data intensive quantitative analysis and recommendations; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up program recommendations and results
- Experience with building or optimizing attribution models and understanding of customer journey mapping.
- Experience with Excel (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)- Excellent understanding marketing strategies, preferably in the digital marketing and email marketing space
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional email marketing programs
- Ability to manipulate, interpret, and present data using Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Project management skills, and strong operational mindset with experience in process improvement or marketing operations
- Demonstrates high attention to detail including precise and effective communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
