Carvana is hiring an Entry-Level Automotive Detailer / Lot Attendant to support their inspection center operations. You'll be responsible for detailing vehicles, moving them between departments, and inspecting for defects. This role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

You possess a valid driver’s license and are able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools. You are capable of lifting up to 60 pounds independently and are comfortable working in various weather conditions. You understand the importance of safety equipment and are willing to adhere to safety protocols while performing your duties.
While not required, any previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields would be beneficial. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work will help you succeed in this role. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for detailing vehicles, which includes washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing to ensure they meet Carvana's high standards. You will also serve as a Lot Attendant, moving vehicles from one department to another within the inspection center, ensuring a smooth workflow. As a Photobooth Associate, you will take high-quality photos of the vehicles to showcase them to customers. Additionally, as an Inspection Associate, you will inspect the interior and exterior of vehicles, accurately identifying any imperfections or defects that need to be addressed.
You will work primarily during the first shift, Monday through Friday, from 6 am to 3 pm, with the possibility of mandatory overtime based on business needs. Your role will require you to be adaptable and responsive to the fast-paced environment of the inspection center, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Carvana offers a competitive starting pay of $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience.
