What you'll do

As the Supply Growth Manager, you will be responsible for leading global capacity planning and supplier acquisition efforts. This includes building and owning Calico's long-range capacity plan, ensuring that it aligns with the company's growth objectives. You will identify new factories and evaluate their capabilities, negotiating partnerships that enhance Calico's supplier network. Your role will require you to work closely with the COO and other teams to ensure that the supply chain is optimized for speed, cost, compliance, and reliability. You will leverage data-driven insights to inform your strategies, ensuring that Calico can meet the demands of its rapidly growing customer base. Additionally, you will be tasked with expanding and diversifying the supplier network across Asia, South America, and other emerging markets, making your role critical to the company's success.
