Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in AI-driven products — you understand how to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance user experience. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to executives. You are technically sharp and have a hands-on approach to problem-solving, which enables you to redesign and optimize processes across various departments. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Desirable
Experience with AI technologies and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with automation tools that can streamline workflows. You are data-driven and can analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. A background in customer success or engineering would be beneficial, as it provides insight into the challenges faced by these teams.
What you'll do
