Klaviyo is seeking an Account Executive for their SMB team focused on Eastern Europe. You'll manage the entire sales cycle and work to build Klaviyo's client base. Fluency in Polish is required for this role.
You are a driven sales professional with a proven track record in managing sales cycles from qualification to closing. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple prospects simultaneously. Your fluency in Polish allows you to connect with clients in Eastern Europe effectively, ensuring that you can communicate Klaviyo's value proposition clearly and persuasively. You understand the importance of building relationships and are committed to setting your customers up for success. You take pride in being a product expert and are always looking for ways to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field. You are also supportive of your peers, providing guidance and assistance to new Account Executives as they navigate their roles.
Experience in a similar sales role within the tech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies. A background in marketing or customer success can also be beneficial, as it allows for a more holistic approach to client management.
In this role, you will be responsible for building Klaviyo's client base in the SMB sector across Eastern Europe. You will actively manage your sales pipeline, developing strategies for long-term success while ensuring that you meet or exceed your sales targets. You will conduct product demos, drive the buying process, and close deals with minimal support. Your ability to forecast accurately will be crucial as you manage your territory and extract value from your prospects over time.
