You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your expertise in various painting techniques including base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats. Your skills extend to blending adjacent panels and correcting paint on vehicles, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet industry standards. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary.

You thrive in a high-tech environment and are comfortable using state-of-the-art tools in a modern Inspection Center. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality make you a valuable asset to the Carvana team. What you'll do

As an Experienced Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for executing high-quality automotive painting tasks. This includes preparing vehicles for painting, applying various types of paint, and ensuring that the final product meets Carvana's quality standards. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that vehicles are completed on time and to the satisfaction of customers.
