You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your expertise in various painting techniques including base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats. Your skills extend to blending adjacent panels and correcting paint on vehicles, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet industry standards. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary.
You thrive in a high-tech environment and are comfortable using state-of-the-art tools in a modern Inspection Center. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality make you a valuable asset to the Carvana team.
