Cresta is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to manage and maintain their macOS and Windows environments, ensuring optimal performance and security. You'll work with tools like Okta and Jamf Pro to support the company's IT infrastructure in a remote capacity.
You have extensive experience in IT support, particularly in managing macOS and Windows environments. Your expertise ensures optimal performance, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure, making you a key player in the organization. You are well-versed in identity and access management, having overseen configurations for Okta to facilitate seamless single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) across various applications. Your skills in device management are complemented by your proficiency in using Jamf Pro for deploying and securing Mac devices, implementing best practices for device lifecycle management. You also have experience with Microsoft Intune policy management, ensuring that all devices comply with organizational standards. Your familiarity with collaboration tools, particularly Google Workspace applications, allows you to support teams effectively and enhance productivity.

You will also implement Microsoft Intune policies to maintain compliance across all devices. Additionally, you will support the use of Google Workspace applications, helping teams maximize their productivity and collaboration.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT-related challenges, providing technical support and guidance as needed. Your role will involve regular monitoring of system performance and security, ensuring that all IT operations align with best practices and organizational goals.
