Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree, ideally with a major in management or finance, and possess strong analytical skills that enable you to resolve complex financial issues. Your experience includes collaborating with various stakeholders to improve financial processes and reporting. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for developing financial models that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the financial decision-making process by conducting sophisticated data analysis to identify and resolve financial issues. You will collaborate with fulfillment center leaders and HR to develop and continuously improve key performance indicator reports and operational dashboards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing changes, and reviewing operational contracts to ensure they align with company goals. You will also own the ongoing development of forecasting and operational planning tools, contributing to the overall cost efficiency of the fulfillment center.
