Pivotal is seeking a Flight Training Manager to develop and manage training programs for their innovative eVTOL aircraft. This role combines hands-on flying, instruction, and program management. Ideal candidates will have experience in aviation training and curriculum development.
You have a strong background in aviation training and possess the ability to blend hands-on flying with instructional skills. Your experience includes program management and curriculum development, allowing you to create effective training programs that meet safety and scalability standards. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional training experiences. You are passionate about the aviation industry and are excited about the potential of electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft. Your communication skills enable you to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders, ensuring a delightful training experience.
In this role, you will own and build the training programs for Pivotal's BlackFly and Helix aircraft from the ground up. You will work closely with the Flight, Marketing, and Sales teams to design and deliver a comprehensive training experience that prioritizes safety and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing training materials, conducting flight instruction, and managing the overall training program. You will also collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure that training content is aligned with the latest aircraft developments and safety protocols. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the growth and success of Pivotal's training initiatives, helping to shape the future of eVTOL aviation.
