Augury is seeking a Field and Events Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of field and event marketing initiatives. You'll drive engagement and revenue through impactful experiences that align with demand generation programs. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning skills.
You have a proven track record in field and events marketing, with experience in designing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and pipeline generation. You understand the importance of aligning marketing initiatives with sales priorities and have a knack for creating impactful in-person and virtual experiences. Your analytical mindset allows you to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize impact. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and success. You are passionate about using marketing to transform how businesses operate and are committed to delivering measurable results.
In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and measurement of all field and event marketing initiatives. You will design and implement a comprehensive field and events strategy that supports pipeline generation and brand awareness. You will work closely with sales teams to ensure that events and field programs are integrated with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and other go-to-market initiatives. You will build and manage a regional, conference, and association plan that aligns with measurable sales outcomes. Your responsibilities will include driving engagement through impactful marketing experiences, measuring the success of initiatives, and continuously optimizing strategies based on performance data. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with broader company goals and objectives.
