Google is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects in the Geo Automotive team. You'll engage with engineering leads and drive clarity on project goals. This role requires 5+ years of program management experience.
You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 5 years of experience in program management. Your background includes 5 years of experience with end-to-end program delivery and process improvement, particularly in collaboration with engineering teams. You possess a Master's degree in Business Administration or an advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, which enhances your ability to engage with all disciplines and levels of the organization. You are skilled at forming plans to meet goals, managing risks, and driving clarity in ambiguous situations to ensure alignment across the organization. Your ability to engage with engineering leads allows you to contribute effectively to technical discussions, and you excel at working across the organization to understand problems and find solutions. You believe that a problem isn’t truly solved until it’s resolved for all stakeholders involved.
As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
