Workato is seeking a Product Support Engineer to help streamline operations by connecting data, processes, applications, and experiences. You'll work in a hybrid role based in Sofia, Bulgaria, focusing on customer success and problem-solving.

As a Product Support Engineer at Workato, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues and optimize their use of our platform.
