Overview

Headway is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to shape and execute people strategies that enable scale and strengthen leadership. This role requires strategic partnership with Revenue leaders and a focus on driving performance.

Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in human resources, ideally in a fast-growing company, and a proven track record of serving as a strategic partner to executives. Your ability to shape and execute people strategies is complemented by your understanding of organizational design and performance management. You thrive in environments where you can influence and drive change, and you are passionate about creating a workplace that fosters growth and inclusivity. You are adept at navigating complex organizational dynamics and have a strong grasp of the challenges and opportunities within the mental health care sector.

Desirable

Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors would be a plus, as would familiarity with the unique challenges faced by mental health providers. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and have a strong commitment to promoting equity and access in the workplace. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you enjoy mentoring and developing others.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with our Revenue leaders to provide strategic counsel on organizational design and people strategies that drive performance. You will be responsible for shaping the HR agenda to align with business objectives, ensuring that our people practices support our mission to build a new mental health care system. You will lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development, while also addressing any organizational challenges that arise. Your role will involve analyzing data to inform decision-making and drive improvements in our HR processes. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of inclusivity and support, ensuring that all employees feel valued and empowered.
