Principal/Senior Product Manager, AI and Agent

Who you are

You have extensive experience in product management, ideally with a focus on AI and technology-driven products. Your ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams is essential for success in this role. You understand the importance of user engagement, retention, and conversion, and you are skilled in utilizing data to inform your decisions.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing the end-to-end product lifecycle. Your experience includes driving product strategy and execution, ensuring that products meet user needs while aligning with business goals. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate product vision and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. You are passionate about leveraging technology to create impactful user experiences and are excited about the potential of AI in the crypto space.

Desirable

Experience in the crypto or fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with decentralized applications (dApps). You have a track record of successfully launching products that drive user engagement and satisfaction. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret data and metrics to guide product decisions, and you are comfortable with A/B testing and user research methodologies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the strategy and development of AI and agent products at OKX. You will lead cross-functional teams to build AI infrastructure and application products that enhance user engagement and retention. Your responsibilities will include defining product vision, creating roadmaps, and prioritizing features based on user feedback and business impact. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that products are developed efficiently and meet high-quality standards.

You will analyze user data and feedback to inform product decisions, balancing personalization, timing, and frequency of push notifications to maximize user engagement. Your role will involve continuous optimization of products based on performance metrics and user insights. You will also work with marketing and CRM teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
