As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners and conducting strong needs assessments to set appointments. You will grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management. You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. Building strong client relationships will be key to your success, making each day different and rewarding.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with year one on-target earnings between $85,000-$95,000 and year two on-target earnings between $100,000-$115,000.
