You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and you are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet business demands. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring smooth interactions with customers and team members alike.

Desirable

Experience with state-of-the-art wheel repair machines and techniques is a plus, as is familiarity with painting and clear-coating processes for wheels. A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to grow your skills through training programs offered by Carvana will set you apart.

What you'll do

As an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage and ensuring that all repairs meet the company's high standards. You will utilize advanced wheel repair machines and tools to restore wheels to their original condition. Your role will involve painting and clear-coating wheels to achieve a flawless finish, contributing to the overall quality of the vehicles we deliver to customers. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, where you will have access to the latest tools and technologies in the automotive repair industry.
