You are an experienced business professional with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. You have a proven track record of managing vendor relationships and improving business terms to drive growth. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities. Your experience includes analyzing opportunities for systematic improvements in business management functions and building strong processes and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively manage vendor communications and foster long-term relationships. You are detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendors at scale across multiple Middle Eastern countries, including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. You will leverage tools and automation to improve vendor management processes and drive operational improvements. Your focus will be on enhancing business terms and facilitating business growth for vendors. You will work closely with cross-category teams to ensure alignment and drive operational efficiencies. Additionally, you will own vendor communication, aiming to foster self-sufficiency among vendors in the long term. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying opportunities for systematic improvements and implementing best practices in vendor management.
