Hightouch is seeking a Technical Account Manager to oversee the customer journey for Fortune 5000 clients. You'll leverage your product expertise to ensure customers maximize their use of the Hightouch platform. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders is one of your key strengths, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences. You possess a natural curiosity and a desire to understand customer needs at a granular level, which drives your approach to problem-solving and relationship-building. You thrive under pressure and can navigate unexpected challenges with ease, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority. Experience with AI technologies or marketing platforms is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to support our customers effectively. As a Technical Account Manager at Hightouch, you will oversee the entire customer journey, starting from the initial kick-off through onboarding and ongoing customer success. You will act as a product expert, ensuring that our Enterprise customers understand and utilize the Hightouch platform to its fullest potential. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to assess their needs, address any issues, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering and product, to relay customer feedback and advocate for their needs. Your ability to analyze customer data will help you identify opportunities for increased adoption and engagement with our platform. You will also be responsible for conducting training sessions and workshops to empower customers in using our tools effectively. Your goal is to build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes and derive maximum value from our services.
At Hightouch, we offer a competitive compensation package, including an On-Target Earnings range of $160,000 to $230,000 annually, with a base salary between $128,000 and $184,000. In addition to salary, we provide meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, along with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
