Technical Business Analyst – Payment Systems

Who you are

You have a strong background in business analysis, particularly in payment systems, and possess excellent analytical skills that allow you to interpret complex business requirements. You are adept at translating business and regulatory needs into detailed functional specifications and acceptance criteria. Your experience includes creating and maintaining documentation such as requirement documents, data flow diagrams, design specifications, and process descriptions. You have a solid understanding of payment processes, including transaction processing, billing, fee calculation, and merchant payouts. You work closely with developers to clarify requirements and ensure technical feasibility, and you support data modeling and understanding of transaction and billing logic. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for reviewing system logic and data transformations to ensure compliance and reliability.

What you'll do
