You have a strong technical background and the ability to learn new concepts quickly, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Your problem-solving skills are complemented by a passion for innovation and a commitment to enhancing customer experience. You possess excellent written and oral communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly. You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity and can work independently with minimal supervision. Your experience includes managing operational issues and collaborating with development teams to identify and address operational needs.
As a Support Engineer, you will take ownership of deployments and automation processes, ensuring that operational issues are identified and resolved efficiently. You will manage peak readiness activities and maintain infrastructure and pipelines, contributing to the overall stability of our systems. Your role will involve executing ticket reduction plans and troubleshooting straightforward issues to enhance operational efficiency. You will create and streamline Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve systems and implement pre-approved configuration changes. Additionally, you will develop and contribute to automation efforts that enhance operational efficiency, working closely with a team of software developers to drive prioritization of operational issues and scaling requirements.
