Overview

Samsara is seeking a Lead Account Development Manager to drive inbound and outbound sales prospecting while coaching and developing a team. This hybrid role is based in Atlanta and focuses on improving lead generation processes.

Your analytical mindset allows you to identify areas for improvement in prospecting and lead generation processes, ensuring your team operates at peak efficiency. What you'll do

As the Account Development Manager at Samsara, you will lead a team focused on driving sales growth through effective prospecting and lead generation. You will develop and implement strategies that enhance the team's performance, ensuring that all members are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed. You will work closely with other departments to align sales efforts with overall company objectives, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity. Your role will involve analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, allowing you to make informed decisions that drive results.
