What you'll do

As a Senior Learning Specialist at Carvana, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of learning strategy development, from design to implementation. You will collaborate with the Safe & Secure Support Team to identify learning needs and create engaging training programs that enhance the safety and security of associates across various locations. You will leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve them continuously. You will work closely with other teams to ensure that learning programs are aligned with organizational goals and support the overall mission of Carvana. You will also play a key role in crisis management training and risk mitigation processes, ensuring that all associates are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to respond effectively to emergencies. Your contributions will help create a safer work environment for all associates, fostering a culture of safety and security.
