You are proactive in identifying potential challenges and are skilled at problem-solving to ensure smooth implementation.

Experience with integration technologies and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with the logistics or supply chain industry. A background in project management or technical consulting would enhance your ability to succeed in this role. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of integrations for Flexport's largest and most complex customers. This includes understanding customer requirements, designing integration solutions, and ensuring successful deployment. You will collaborate with various teams to facilitate communication and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the process. Your role will involve troubleshooting any issues that arise during implementation and providing ongoing support to ensure the stability of the integrations. You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from customers and using it to improve future solutions. Your ability to manage relationships with clients will be crucial as you work to enhance their experience with Flexport's services.
