Job Description

We’re looking for a smart, customer-obsessed innovator and owner to join Pharmacy Operations Team

This candidate will be responsible for managing a team and facilitating flow of information and daily reporting across multiple stakeholders to resolve potential issues which impact customer experience/ business continuity/Order Journey.

The candidate should have a basic understanding of the E-commerce Supply chain ( FC Ops +logistics ) and should be a proficient communicator. As an IC She/he should be able to come up with process improvements and Own driving them end- to-end

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Managing a shift, constantly identifying opportunities to improve FC team performance and owning associated change management.
Developing and/or referring to performance metrics to drive team performance and business results.
Communicating with external customers (Sellers, Vendors/suppliers) and internal customers (Finance, Ops Excellence, Fulfillment Centers)
Create strong reports and escalate problems or variances in the information and data to the relevant stakeholders
Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis, as needed, is a plus.



A day in the life
1.Work very closely with Seller partner teams in their FC.
2.Look at Ops metrics regularly and flag breaches and abnormalities.
3.Work with stakeholders in creating relevant dashboards/reporting and alarms to ensure smooth FC operations
4. Ensure the team is taking stretched goals and set up mechanisms to meet the targets

About the team
Pharmacy is one of the fastest growing businesses within A.in. We are a small,highly motivated and fun team to work for. - 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
