Zapier is seeking candidates for Go-to-Market General Opportunities to help businesses integrate AI into their workflows. You'll leverage your experience in AI and automation to drive customer success and solutions architecture. This role is open to individuals across North America.
You have a strong background in AI and automation, ideally coming from consulting, systems integration, or platform strategy roles. While you may not have traditional go-to-market experience, you understand how to translate AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes. You are excited about the potential of AI tools and are committed to using them responsibly and transparently in your work.
You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to shape your impact across various teams, including Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Account Executive, or Technical Account Management. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.
You are adaptable and open to learning, ready to embrace the challenges that come with integrating AI into existing workflows. You are passionate about helping customers adopt and scale AI solutions, ensuring they maximize the value of Zapier’s orchestration platform.
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment or a strong understanding of automation tools will be advantageous. Familiarity with customer success metrics and strategies for driving user adoption will also be beneficial.
In this role, you will work closely with various teams to drive the adoption of Zapier’s AI orchestration platform. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and help them integrate AI into their workflows effectively. Your insights will guide the development of solutions that meet customer requirements and enhance their experience with Zapier.
You will collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure that clients are successfully using the platform and achieving their desired outcomes. This may involve providing training, creating documentation, and offering ongoing support to help customers navigate their AI integration journey.
As part of the Solutions Architecture team, you will contribute to designing and implementing solutions that leverage Zapier’s capabilities to solve complex business challenges. You will work with Account Executives to identify opportunities for growth and assist in crafting proposals that highlight the value of our AI solutions.
You will also play a role in shaping the go-to-market strategy for new features and products, providing feedback based on customer interactions and market trends. Your contributions will help ensure that Zapier remains at the forefront of AI integration in automation.
