We are looking for a talented Leads Qualification Analyst to support our Leads generation and qualification processes. We are seeking analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized people to join our exciting and fast-paced team. We are focused on ensuring the quality and potential of our seller leads to develop a smart assortment of brands, that will deliver the best possible shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a dynamic analyst who will support Amazon Brazil's growth through accurate leads qualification and analysis, as well as data-driven insights. The successful candidate will analyze lead quality metrics and provide valuable insights to the business teams.
Key job responsibilities
- Execute and maintain established processes using SQL and data analysis tools
- Support data collection and organization activities, including basic web scraping tasks
- Monitor and analyze lead quality data to identify potential issues and areas for improvement
- Assist in implementing and maintaining lead scoring models according to established criteria
- Track and report on lead qualification metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with business teams to provide insights on lead quality and conversion rates- Program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Knowledge of SQL
- Advanced English - Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
