Achievers is seeking a Senior Services Operations Specialist to operationalize revenue-driving programs. You'll manage system builds and documentation while utilizing Salesforce. This role requires strong organizational skills and technical proficiency.
You have a strong background in operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. You are technically proficient in customer systems, particularly Salesforce, and understand how to leverage these tools to drive business outcomes. You thrive in environments where you can build repeatable processes that enhance operational efficiency and support revenue generation. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for creating and maintaining essential operational materials such as playbooks and documentation libraries. You are motivated by the challenge of optimizing workflows and ensuring that operations run smoothly and accurately at scale.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing and operationalizing Achievers’ revenue-driving programs. You will own the system builds and workflow execution, ensuring that Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and leaders can consistently identify and act on revenue-driving opportunities. You will maintain essential operational materials, including program templates and resource repositories, which are crucial for the department's success. You will support other Services Operations administrative workflows, ensuring that the department runs smoothly and accurately. Your ability to document processes and create clear guidelines will be vital in helping the team scale effectively. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that operational strategies align with business goals and drive measurable outcomes.
