Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in the social impact sector. You understand the importance of aligning product vision with business strategy and have a knack for prioritizing features based on user needs and market opportunities. You are comfortable working in an agile environment and can effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work seamlessly with design, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver impactful solutions. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions, ensuring that the tools you help create meet industry standards and evolving client needs. You are committed to fostering a culture of belonging and inclusivity, understanding that diverse teams drive better outcomes.

What you'll do

As the Product Owner for Donations, you will serve as the key liaison between Product Management and Engineering, representing the product vision within the Donate scrum team. You will own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features, enhancements, bug fixes, and technical requirements based on business value and strategic goals. You will make real-time decisions during development cycles to keep delivery aligned with evolving needs. Partnering with Product Management, you will align on product strategy and market opportunities, ensuring that user problems are effectively addressed. Your role will involve collaborating cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver intuitive, data-driven tools that empower clients to optimize their impact initiatives. You will also engage with enterprise clients to gather feedback and iterate on product features, ensuring that the solutions you provide are both effective and user-friendly. Your contributions will help shape the future of social impact technology, making a difference in how organizations engage with their communities.
