As an Entry Level Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will participate in a robust training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of hands-on field coaching. You will learn everything necessary to succeed in digital sales, including how to engage with clients and understand their needs. You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, presenting Hibu's services, and driving sales growth. You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings projected to be between $100,000 and $130,000 in your first two years. You will enjoy a mix of remote work and in-field client visits, providing you with autonomy and variety in your daily tasks. You will work closely with a supportive team that is dedicated to helping you succeed and grow in your career.
