Databricks is seeking a Senior Delivery Solutions Architect to drive customer success and accelerate the adoption of the Databricks platform. You'll collaborate with key accounts and engage with executives to create growth strategies. This role requires strong technical and relationship management skills.
You have a strong background in technical account management and customer success, with a proven track record of engaging with C-suite executives and building lasting relationships. Your experience spans across multiple industries, allowing you to understand diverse customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. You are technically proficient in data solutions and have a deep understanding of the Databricks platform, enabling you to guide customers effectively. You thrive in hybrid roles that blend technical expertise with commercial acumen, and you are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures to drive results.
Experience with cloud platforms and data engineering is a plus, as is familiarity with big data technologies. You are a strategic thinker who can develop and execute plans that align with customer objectives and drive adoption of the Databricks platform. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
