Pleo is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to oversee the onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience for customers in the DACH region. This role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to understand customer requirements.
You are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with experience in customer onboarding or customer success roles. You possess excellent communication skills in both German and English, allowing you to effectively engage with customers and internal teams. You have a knack for understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable onboarding processes. Your ability to manage projects and collaborate with various stakeholders ensures that customers have a smooth transition to using Pleo's solutions. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a growing team.
Experience in the fintech or SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with spend management solutions. You are comfortable with technical configurations and can provide support to customers as they navigate the onboarding process. A background in project management or customer relationship management tools would be beneficial.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new customers in the DACH region. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their specific requirements and ensure that their needs are met throughout the onboarding journey. Your role will involve configuring the software to align with customer expectations and providing technical support as needed. You will manage the onboarding projects from start to finish, ensuring that timelines are met and that customers feel supported during their transition. You will also work with internal teams to gather feedback and continuously improve the onboarding experience based on customer insights.
