About StackOne:
StackOne is the AI Integration Gateway for SaaS products and AI Agents. Backed by GV and Workday Ventures ($24M raised), we help builders of SaaS platforms and AI Agents orchestrate hundreds of scalable, accurate, and enterprise-grade integrations. Our platform combines 25,000 pre-mapped actions on 200 connectors, an AI-powered integration development toolkit, plus security by design: a real-time architecture, managed authentication and permissions, and end-to-end observability.
Join us on our fast trajectory to build the future of agentic integrations.
Role
Own the operational heartbeat of our integrations. You’ll support prioritization of work on integrations, keep our sandboxes working, track third-party API changes before they break things, research/prioritise new use cases, and publish clear customer-facing docs that make partnerships effortless. It's the opportunity to work at the heart of the agentic evolution of integration platforms.
Responsibilities
Sandbox management & automations: Provision/reset demo and test environments, seed data, maintain health checks to reduce downtime.
Integration intelligence: Monitor vendor changelogs and deprecations, OpenAPI specs, and file tickets with owners; maintain an “integration coverage” matrix.
Use-case & API research: For target connectors, map use-cases, produce short “integration briefs” and prioritise by customer value and effort.
Docs & partnerships: Publish/update internal and customer-facing guides on our partnership process (security reviews, scopes, data flows), runbooks, and FAQ; drive consistency across the docs portal.
Tooling & hygiene: Keep trackers up to date, improve internal scripts and dashboards, and suggest process/tool upgrades as we scale in the iPaaS/integration ecosystem.
Qualifications
1–3+ years in a technical operations, integrations, RevOps, or support-engineering role (startup or infra/SaaS).
Comfortable with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, JSON, and reading OpenAPI/Swagger; you can test with cURL/Postman and write small scripts (Python/JS) to automate checks.
Clear, concise writer who can turn complex flows into friendly docs.
Systematic, detail-oriented, and calm under time pressure; you think in runbooks.
