You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to providing high-quality administrative support. You possess excellent communication skills and are adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently. Your professionalism and flexibility enable you to thrive in a dynamic office environment. You understand the importance of maintaining strong communication between local and global offices, ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly. You are comfortable with diary management and providing direct support to managers, demonstrating your ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage daily office operations, acting as the main contact for vendors and suppliers. You will greet visitors professionally and operate the telephone system, ensuring effective communication within the office. Your responsibilities will include distributing incoming mail and managing outgoing shipments, all while keeping the office tidy and well-equipped. You will order and maintain office supplies, ensuring that the team has everything they need to operate efficiently. Additionally, you will arrange travel and accommodation for employees, assist with travel bookings for managers, and keep Outlook calendars updated with meetings and training sessions. You will coordinate staff diaries and prepare meeting rooms for various events, contributing to the overall organization and success of the office.
