We’re looking for a Founder/CEO to build an AI-driven insurance and compliance onboarding platform for construction firms.

What are we exploring?

Construction firms face rising regulatory scrutiny from agencies like OSHA (U.S.) and WSIB (Canada), with fines topping $100K per violation. Yet, insurance and compliance onboarding is still managed through spreadsheets, faxed forms, and fragmented tools. The result: costly delays, higher liability, and frustrated HR and operations leaders.

We believe there’s an opportunity to build a compliance infrastructure for construction, starting with insurance onboarding. By digitizing forms, validating coverage in real time, and embedding workflows directly into platforms like Procore and Bridgit, this solution would unlock efficiency, reduce liability, and create a scalable foundation for safety and compliance across the industry.

About you:

• Background in construction tech, insurtech, or compliance SaaS

• Experience building workflow automation or enterprise software products

• Familiarity with OSHA, WSIB, or equivalent compliance frameworks

• Strong GTM instincts and ability to sell into mid-market firms

• Excitement to modernize one of the world’s largest but most fragmented industries

• Ability to collaborate in North American time zones
