Anthropic is hiring a Solutions Architect, Digital Native to serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers. You'll leverage your expertise to help clients integrate and deploy AI solutions effectively. This role requires strong technical skills in AI and machine learning.
You have a strong background in AI and machine learning, with experience in pre-sales architecture and customer engagement. You excel at translating complex technical concepts into actionable solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring they understand the value of AI technologies. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, as you guide customers through their AI adoption journey. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards for safety and reliability in AI systems. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their integration into enterprise technology stacks is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable architecture design will enhance your ability to provide comprehensive solutions. A background in software engineering or data science can also be beneficial, as it allows for a deeper understanding of the technical challenges customers face.
In this role, you will partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout their Claude adoption journey, from initial discovery to deployment. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical evaluations, designing scalable architectures, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementation. You will leverage your expertise to help customers understand Claude's capabilities and develop tailored solutions that maximize the value of AI systems. You will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful deployment and ongoing support for customers.
