What you'll do

In this role, you will prepare consolidated financial statements and related disclosures, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting rules for both internal and external reporting. You will assist in handling complex, non-routine accounting and reporting transactions, which may include mergers and acquisitions, impairment analyses of goodwill and long-lived assets, and foreign currency impact analyses. Your responsibilities will also involve performing global accounting for stock-based compensation awards, preparing journal entries, and conducting thorough investigations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

You will collaborate closely with various departments to gather necessary information and provide insights that will aid in decision-making processes. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that all financial reports are accurate and timely. You will also be responsible for preparing position papers and conducting accounting research to support the company's financial practices.
