Finally is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to advocate for SMB customers using their financial automation platform. You'll ensure customer satisfaction and drive card activation and spend growth. This role requires strong customer engagement skills.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will own a portfolio of SMB customers, ensuring they feel supported and empowered while using finally’s corporate cards and expense platform. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers and guiding them through the adoption process, ensuring they understand how to maximize the benefits of the platform. You will monitor customer usage and spend patterns to identify engagement gaps and proactively intervene to increase card utilization. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve the overall customer experience. You will also have opportunities to influence product feedback and processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of the platform.
