Who you are

You are someone who is passionate about e-sports and has a strong desire to compete and improve in your chosen games. You hold a disability registration certificate and are eager to participate in national competitions. You have access to a gaming laptop or desktop and are committed to regular training and performance tracking. You are open to working in a flexible environment, whether from home or at a designated location as required.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for training in online games and submitting training logs. You will select a primary and secondary game to focus on and participate in nationwide competitions. You will also manage your training schedule in collaboration with the company, ensuring that you meet the required hours and performance standards. Additionally, you will engage in player management tasks, including attendance tracking and monthly performance reviews.
