Neuralink is seeking a Total Rewards & Analytics professional to manage compensation and equity programs while providing data-driven insights to support People Operations. This role requires strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
You are a strategic and analytical professional with experience in compensation and people analytics. You understand the importance of balancing analytical rigor with a broad understanding of People Operations. You have a proven track record of supporting compensation programs and providing actionable insights that shape organizational growth. You are detail-oriented and capable of conducting market benchmarking to inform compensation strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to support hiring, promotions, and organizational planning decisions.
Experience with compensation data sources and tools is a plus. Familiarity with HRIS systems and legal compliance in compensation practices will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are proactive in identifying process gaps and have a knack for improving operational efficiency.
In this role, you will support key compensation programs by maintaining internal equity tools and coordinating refresh grant cycles. You will prepare total compensation statements and conduct pay audits to ensure accuracy across equity, HRIS, and compensation systems. You will partner with Legal and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with compensation regulations. Your analytical skills will be crucial in assisting with compensation planning during performance review cycles, helping with budget tracking and template preparation. You will provide data-driven input on compensation, leveling, and internal consistency to support People decisions around hiring and promotions. Your insights will help advance team members who have an outsized impact on the organization.
