Uber is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive for their Uber for Business platform in Warsaw. You'll drive business development and manage the sales cycle for mid-market companies across Eastern Europe. This role requires 3-4 years of experience in new business development.
You have 3-4 years of recent experience in high-volume, new business development — you've successfully navigated short, fast-paced sales cycles and understand the intricacies of managing client relationships. Your native-level fluency in Polish and professional proficiency in English allows you to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, which has equipped you with the foundational knowledge to excel in this role.
As an Account Executive at Uber for Business, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of the platform across Eastern Europe. You will proactively prospect and close new partnerships within mid-market companies, focusing on those with 100–5,000 employees. Your role will involve executing a comprehensive go-to-market plan, leading consultative conversations with C-suite and departmental stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
You will lead client implementation efforts to ensure high product adoption, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling as you build strong relationships with your clients. Maintaining high-velocity sales activity will be crucial, and you will provide accurate forecasting using Salesforce to track your progress and success.
Navigating objections and removing barriers to entry will be part of your daily responsibilities, as you act as a feedback loop for product teams to test and launch new features. You will contribute to the team’s success by sharing best practices and developing internal assets like sales playbooks and process trackers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
At Uber, you will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and growth. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we believe in the potential of diverse backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your contributions directly impact the success of the Uber for Business platform. Join us in shaping the future of business transportation and making a difference in the industry.
