You have a proven track record of success in a retail environment, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a team. You are capable of being on your feet and handling warehouse duties, including lifting up to 40 pounds, with or without accommodations. You possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, which showcases your commitment to education and personal development.
As a DashMart Team Member, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders that come through the DoorDash app. This involves ensuring that orders are accurately picked and packed before handing them off to drivers for delivery. You will also manage inventory and spoilage, which includes stocking receivables and keeping track of shelf life to minimize waste. Maintaining warehouse organization is crucial, so you will be expected to clean and organize the warehouse regularly. Additionally, you will delight customers by ensuring that any substitutions are approved with them, enhancing their overall experience with DoorDash.
DoorDash provides competitive pay, with a $2 increase for shifts worked between 10 PM and 6 AM.
