Who you are

You have proven sales experience, ideally in merchant services, and a consultative sales approach that allows you to close deals effectively. Your self-starter attitude enables you to generate your own leads, and you are driven by the ambition for financial independence through uncapped commissions. You understand the importance of building relationships with clients and ensuring they receive the best service possible.

Desirable

Experience in the payments industry is a plus, as is familiarity with sales support tools and CRM systems. You thrive in environments where you can take initiative and are motivated by the potential for high earnings.

What you'll do

As a Field Sales Consultant at Teya, you will be responsible for selling our innovative payment solutions to small and medium businesses across the UK. You will engage with potential clients, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions that help them manage their payments more effectively. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our services, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

You will also receive full sales support, including access to CRM tools and 24/7 merchant assistance, to help you succeed in your role. Your ability to close deals and activate merchants quickly will be key to your success, as you will be expected to achieve high sales volumes and earn substantial commissions.
