What you'll do

In this role, you will own and scale the hiring process for Influur's Product, Data, and Tech teams. You will drive the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing recruiting strategies that align with the company's mission and goals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create job descriptions that attract the right candidates.

You will actively source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events. Your ability to identify and engage with top talent will be crucial as you build a pipeline of qualified candidates. You will conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.

As a strategic partner to leadership, you will provide insights on market trends and talent availability, helping to shape the company's hiring strategy. You will also play a key role in promoting Influur's employer brand, ensuring that candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
