Influur is seeking a Technical Recruiter to drive the hiring process for their Product, Data, and Tech teams. You'll manage the full recruiting lifecycle and partner with leadership to build a world-class technical organization.
You have a strong background in technical recruiting, ideally with experience in sourcing and hiring for product, data, and tech roles. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building processes from the ground up. Your ability to match exceptional talent with impactful roles is a key strength, and you are comfortable acting as a strategic partner to leadership. You understand the nuances of recruiting top-tier talent, especially in the competitive landscape of the US and beyond.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders alike. Your approach is data-driven, and you leverage metrics to inform your recruiting strategies. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly as the needs of the organization evolve.
