WeTravel is seeking an Account Executive to join their European team in Amsterdam. You'll be responsible for introducing WeTravel’s platform to multi-day tour operators and guiding clients through the sales process. This role requires a proactive approach and strong sales skills.
You have 2+ years of experience in sales, ideally within the travel or technology sectors — you understand the nuances of building relationships and closing deals in a competitive market. You are driven and ambitious, always looking for ways to improve your sales techniques and achieve your targets. You thrive in a collaborative environment, valuing teamwork and the support of your colleagues while also being able to work independently. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey the value of WeTravel’s platform to potential clients. You are solution-oriented and proactive, always spotting opportunities to engage with clients and help them succeed. You are comfortable with the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals and onboarding clients.
As an Account Executive at WeTravel, you will own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and discovery calls to product demos and closing deals. You will spend your days prospecting for new clients, demoing the WeTravel platform, and following up with qualified leads to ensure a smooth transition to onboarding. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for engaging multi-day tour operators across Europe, helping them understand how WeTravel can enhance their business operations. You will be responsible for understanding each client's unique needs and aligning our solutions to match. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into product development and service improvements. Your role will involve setting and achieving sales targets, tracking your progress, and reporting on your results to the Sales Manager. You will celebrate wins with your team and contribute to a positive and engaging work environment.
