Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cyber-security, or related fields. Your background includes experience with data analysis, and you have a strong understanding of content policy and anti-abuse measures. You are skilled in identifying abuse trends and have experience reviewing online content. Your ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies is a key strength, and you are adept at using data to drive strategy and business action. You possess excellent investigative skills and thrive in collaborative environments.

What you'll do

As a Policy Enforcement Manager dedicated to the YouTube Partner Program, you will help implement and enforce policies that minimize brand risk across millions of channels. You will work closely with teams across Scaled Abuse, Ads Policy, Business Generation, Product, and Policy Development to develop and operationalize scalable policies. Your role will involve analyzing abuse trends and researching new patterns to enhance YouTube's Trust and Safety measures. You will collaborate directly with Engineering and Product teams to design and deploy automated detection and enforcement tooling. Additionally, you will support the launch of new or updated enforcement process solutions across multiple Trust and Safety teams, ensuring that policies are effectively communicated and enforced.
