In this role, you will be responsible for driving quality in the Media Ops function by reviewing images against post-production quality guidelines. You will perform daily reviews of the sets delivered by the team, analyzing findings to inform how quality is being delivered. Your recommendations will help improve workflows and quality benchmarks, ensuring that the final output meets Airbnb's photography standards. You will participate in and lead alignment sessions with internal and global teams, fostering collaboration and consistency across the board. Your role will also involve conducting root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the overall quality of Airbnb Homes, Experiences, and Services through high-quality photo merchandising.
Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of ₹770,000—₹1,100,000 INR annually, inclusive of allowances.
