You have a solid background in AI engineering, with hands-on experience in building and operating AI systems and agents. You understand the intricacies of compliance and editorial workflows and are skilled in designing automated solutions that enhance research enablement. Your expertise includes working with frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain, and you are familiar with production-grade REST APIs. You are adept at developing scalable data pipelines and have a keen interest in improving agent reliability and performance through prompt engineering techniques.

Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and automated evaluation pipelines using tools like MLflow will set you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to a diverse team that values different perspectives and backgrounds.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and implement AI systems that automate compliance and editorial workflows, significantly enhancing the efficiency of research enablement products. You will work closely with your team to build agents capable of intent interpretation, task decomposition, and tool use, ensuring they operate effectively in production environments. Your responsibilities will include developing production-grade REST APIs to serve AI capabilities and maintaining scalable data pipelines that support AI workloads.

You will also design and maintain retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, utilizing embeddings and Elasticsearch to enhance data retrieval processes. Your role will involve developing automated evaluation pipelines for agent behavior and outputs, ensuring high-quality performance and reliability. You will continuously seek to improve agent latency and cost-effectiveness through innovative prompt management techniques and workflow optimizations.
