Operations Team

About the Traineeship
Join us as an Insurance Operations Trainee and learn how modern digital insurance actually works behind the scenes.
Over 9 months, you’ll rotate through three core teams—Support, Claims, and Medical Underwriting—to build a deep, end-to-end understanding of the entire insurance lifecycle.
You’ll work with experienced insurance specialists, product managers, medical underwriters, and cross-functional teams to help improve processes, strengthen customer journeys, and contribute to real business outcomes. Expect meaningful work from day one, exposure to complex cases, and a steep learning curve.

What you will be doing:
Support Rotation (3 months)
- Resolve customer cases using our AI-assisted workflows
- Learn product fundamentals and policy structures
- Identify missing information and guide customers clearly
- Keep our customer experience fast, fair, and frictionless
Claims Rotation (3 months)
- Assist with claim intake, triage, and dossier creation
- Understand reintegration paths and legal requirements
- Work with automation and risk-scoring tools
- Support handling of AOV and P&C claims
Medical Underwriting Rotation (3 months)
- Analyse medical questionnaires with supervision
- Learn risk models and eligibility guidelines
- Work with our medical advisor and underwriting team
- Help ensure we make fair, consistent underwriting decisions
Across all rotations, you will also:
- Map and improve operational processes
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements
- Support product and insurance teams with real customer insights
- Contribute to AI/automation initiatives across Ops
