What you'll do

As the Director of FP&A at phData, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization. You will partner closely with the SVP of Finance to build scalable FP&A capabilities that support the company's rapid growth. Your responsibilities will include developing financial models, conducting variance analysis, and preparing reports that provide insights into financial performance. You will lead a team of finance professionals, guiding them in best practices and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement. Your role will involve presenting financial insights to the leadership team, influencing key business decisions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
